Yea, what's up with that - isn't this supposed to be hurricane season????

Here's something to be jealous about....last week I met three young women who live in Hawaii, two sisters and one friend. All had moved out there directly after college, and were home visiting family in NY. I asked all three (separately) if they bodyboard and/or surf - 2 wanted nothing to do with it because they were scared of sharks, 1 only tried to do it every once in a while. All 3 were leery of the powerful waves, and didn't want to get hammered under water or get sucked out.

When they told me they didn't surf, I had the same reaction for each one....I said "You DON'T?!?!?!?!?!?" and then gave them the Seinfeld "that's a shame" :p :p :p
