This buoy has been offline since 10/08/2007. I noticed that the bouy map is now showing data for it (which actually looks very accurate). Yet NOAA website stills shows it offline...did you deploy your own bouy? ;)

This is not correct - thanks for catching this. Its actually showing the data from the hotel buoy (44004). Let me work on this. 44025 is still down. They had it up and running for a tiny bit and then it went down again.

This is now fixed. You should see N/A or blank data for buoys that are not online.

it's not scheduled to be fixed until January...it's a bummer because that's the most reliable gauge to what's coming to Eastern & Mid LI...specially in the winter when I have to leave before sunrise it was real handy
