Bioluminescence? Have you seen it?

Is there anyway to predict it? I saw it before Christmas on N. Padre Island and I want to see it again! I live on the beach on the national seashore on a rig, but I still haven't seen it since.... it was incredible!!!
Any info would be great!

It occurred to me that some people have probably seen it and just don't know what it was called, so to be more clear- Bioluminescence, from what I saw, is displayed in electric-like blue lighted waves that are so beautiful and unreal to see. Here is a link with a really good picture...
