ding repairs

i was wondering how long it would take for the ding repair kits to harden after fixing the ding. Because i have a freind fixing a board for me that's epoxy and he didnt tell me how long it would be. If any of you can help me with this it would be helpfull.

usually the kit will come with directions, or they will be printed on the bottle of resin. if neither of them tell you how long it takes to harden, try reading the label on the catalyst (hardener). generally the more drops you put in the quicker it will begin to harden up but be careful because if you put too much you may end up botching the whole thing.
