north florida adjustments

we made some adjustments in our swellinfo models for north florida. it had been overcalling slightly, and so we adjusted. looks like we've been on point since the adjustments.

South Florida has been all over the place- atleast from what Ive seen on Delray, Joop, and Palm Beach. Just curious.
