June swell?

I am going camping with some friends sometime in June in the Corpus area. It looks like it will either be in Mustang Island State Park or Padre Island National Seashore. Should I bother to bring my board? If so, which of the two spots would be best?

I would bring it. Theres always some little beach breaks to play on either on mustang or padre. If you dont have a set date keep an eye on the swell reports and plan around that.
