wave model - hurricane wind - enhancements

[Swellinfo]

We just upgraded the Swellinfo wave model to incorporate the GFDL hurricane model wind forecasts, when appropriate. This is going to allow much better swell output data for the tropical systems. If you look at the latest Swellinfo forecast data, you will notice a jump in size for the coming Bertha swell from the previous updates.

Looks like some healthy swell in the days ahead!
