Looking at the animation, something blows up off the coast of jersey and heads east. Is this the low the they are discussing in the tropics. Could this FINALLY bring the end of Lake Atlantic?
It's moving away, given, but at least it is something!

I know a few people that follow that place by heart and I just don't get it. I belive there based somewhere in England; why would you follow a surf forecast for the East Coast that comes from the other side of the ocean?

Its not tropical. Just a trough of south winds infront of a front. Just south windswell.

Learn what you're talking about.
Swell info has been as useful and magicseaweed and surfline for me. I look at all 3 and use my own knowledge. All have been right and all have been wrong many times.
You forum warriors need to log off the internet and go outside a little more often.

Now that we are done fighting over MSW... it looks like it still is coming. In fact, looks like something big is beating around offshore.

The pressure map shows a huge circullation. Back end of it may put off some northeastness. who knows. Finally some potential. I just want big stormsurf clean or not. These small waves are boring. July was consistent and very great but never all that big.

Thats true... I only use swell info as a idea.. If it says knee high or higher i normally walk the 4 blocks and check it myself.
