A few friends and I scored big in LBI at this one jetty that was bowling up and throwing huge barrels all morning! Wide open green room time! Did get slammed to the bottom on my hip though and its pretty swollen and hurts right now.

HAHa...same here. My buddy and I were trying to get each other to get out and shoot some photos..but barrel after barrel was enough to decide not to.

Not sure what or when you are referring to but it was head high for sure. Didn't see one sponge in the water so I suspect we were in a different place or time.

Yeah, dawn patrol was good but very few surfers were out around 30th st in OCMD around noon when the tide was almost full was in my opinion the best of the day. I think a lot of people were busy getting lunch. I always store donuts and gatorade in the car. I got worked on quite a few lefts, good times.

was out around 34th-42nd street oc from 7am-1pm and had a blast....usually not a big fan of lefts, but damn i caught some crazy good ones

haven't had time to sort through 'em all yet
7-10:30 as far north as I dared to go
noon-1 near a large cylinder with peepholes at the top
and there was very little beach left at my last stop

Yea it was a lot of fun. Went out at around 615 am and it was just me and this other gnarly dude and a bunch of hollow lefts slamming on this super shallow sandbar right in front of the jetty. as the tide changed and it got later, more guys came and it got more closeout and way too steep.

i was happy though cause im a goofyfoot and east is perfect angle for me. the se winds later in the day sorta made it bad by the end of the day. started off 1-2' overhead and at end of day was only about thigh to waist... crazy

I totally had a gnarly sesh at the lair of the silver fox aka "secret spot" aka northside iri. I slid my twinnie knee machine into a couple of doh bombs b4 taking a break to film a viagra commercial on the beach.
