. . . I wouldn't think you'd be wise to try it right about now, although I can't imagine anyone being willing to go into the water after you to arrest you- unless they call out the Coast Guard, but that would wind up being a recovery effort, and I don't think they can charge a dead man, regardless of the town ordinance.

I'll bet you could catch some nice sized fish. Worms make great bait.

i once did it over the summer at masonboro island during the day. no one was around and i losta bet with my friend so i had to go surf naked, it was fun until the wax basically takes a grip on the snake which hurts. but you gotta make sure no one is around.

Not to mention the rail on the balls... think beginning bike riding or a mountain bike boo boo ;)
Much easier on the chicas unless they are racked :p

Having done it a few times in July, I advise against this for anyone. There are certain places that should NEVER get sun burn!

once, early October a couple of years ago @ Gunnisons in Sandy Hook. I was just there to surf DP, didn't think there would be anyone at the beach really but once the sun came out it actually got a solid sized crowd; 2 nice looking butt-ass nekkid chicas came out to the sand bar and we started talking "is surfing hard, it looks so fun, they always wanted to learn, this and that" I offered a lesson, they said you have to be naked too, ok done deal. Turned to to be a pretty strange (but very fun) day needless to say.
