Surf GPS?

I am going on a surf trip this summer to Europe, and taking my GPS system. my questine is does any one know of a system that i could load surf spots in the machine like in the point of intrests.

just got back from a trip in europe? there this site that sells a program that down loades stright into your GPS system. i used it all over Europe?it's also has bonuse fetures that allow you find other things like surf shops and etc.
