Surfboard wanted

It's for my brother I let him ride my board last weekend now the little basterd is hooked. He wants to spend around 300 bucks on something used. He's a beginner but he is super athletic. We live near Philly pa. But are down in md del or nj surfing everyweekend so we can pick up. Thanks guys
