Hey guys, ive been looking for a new 3/2 wetsuit, but i dont want to spend more than 250$, I can wear WEST: gives me bad stomach rash, even with rash guards. i cant wear BILLABONG: i gives me rashes on the back of my armpit. What do you guys think, ive been thinking of and O'neill, but which one is the best? Or if you have an old one tell me.

Which West, Nitro or Fluid?

IMHO: My West Fluid Lotus 3/2 is the best suit I have ever worn. It is like butter, super stretchy, warm, and is an easy on/off. It's about $270 and has a lifetime Guarantee.

i dont know, but the west is super comfortable until... i get "THE RASH". same with the billabong.

i have a rip curl and it doesnt give me rashes just a little burn around the neck sometimes. i got it on sale new for 75

Is it the Rip Curl Core Fireskin? If so, I had the same problem with the neck burn, but a little vaseline pretty much took care of it. I love that suit, so comfortable it's like surfing in pajamas. I picked mine up for over 200, but just saw it online for less if you want to check it out:

ive never had a problem with quiksilver but what about xcel

Check whiskeymilitia. They have a 3/2 or a 4/3 xcel infinity the past couple of days in multiple sizes and colors for around $150.00.

Just gotta keep your eyes open.

Try an Oneill suit. I've never had a problem with them. I had a cheap quiksilver 3/2 and it was awful.

ill go to spellbinders and see because my freind got an xcel for 90$, but is brave new world any good for wetsuits?

I have a Rip Curl E-Bomb Chest Zip 3/2. Got it for $160. Best, warmest 3/2 that i have ever had.

how about rip curl or xcel, i want to spend 200$ or below, the only thing i dont like abouit xcel is the seems in the back of some hurt.

I never heard of a man that gets so many rashes...it can't just be the suit brand. maybe you've been getting a size too snug...:(

i'm done with rip curl. their quality lately seems poor.

well the west suit is really worn out on the inside on the lower chest part, and the billabong is a short sleeve and long legs, and i think that it was just a seem, because i usually wear a rash guard under it.
