What a jerk. The rule is, correct me if I'm wrong, whoever is closest to the breaking part of the wave has the right of way(ve). This is sometimes not so clear with choppy surf, as in this video. Regardless, if you knock someone out in the water you only have two minutes before their brain starts to die. We got your mug!
