Let's talk in particular to Cedars...

Who has seen it recently?

It is official - the sand dunes are half washed away. One more Nor' Easter and bye bye dunes and Cedars.

surfed cedars this past july. only because a friend of mine rented a house there for the week. not sure, but i should check it out next week when i'm on lbi.

Not for long. They are scheduled for beach replenishment this winter. Say goodbye to Hudson and Fishing Club.

Didn't they just do a replenishment last year?! I can't remember if that was this past winter or 2 winters ago.. but I don't think their replenishment is going to help.

HAHa.. about 2 years ago I gave it a 10yr frame before it is gone... now I'm changing that to 2yrs max.
