What is MIA?
MIA - Missing In the Atlantic is the first ever EAST COAST bodyboarding video, produced in 2003. Shot over 3 years, this has some of the sickest waves, spots, and riders the east coast has to offer. And, yes, non-bodyboarders are STOKED on this video.

So, how to enter the contest. Just submit your photo in this forum thread and, after a week, we will decide what the best photo is. When submitting leave the location, photographer's name, and date of shot. Submit as many photos as you want.

To include photos, use the image icon (located above in the editor tools) to link to the url of the photo. You can upload your photos to the Swellinfo photo gallery, and then use the photo gallery URL(address) to link the photo in your thread.

The water was cool, the weather was shifty, and the waves were going off. There must have been at least 100 people in the water (can't tell in this pic), all trying to get a piece of the double overhead surf, but everyone was in the best mood (even the guy on the beach who had a gash in his head from when his board hit him). The beach, or what was left of it after the hurricane, was packed with spectators and hesitant surfers. This picture was taken by my friends sister (A. Buckner) from the bridge at the inlet while he and I were in the lineup.

These are pictures of people surfing in the BAY (not the mouth of the bay this was almost at the bridge). We were driving over the bridge when I took the first two, then we pulled over on a side street to get a closer look. It was so rad to see people surfing towards the bridge.

thats awesome. I've seen small little lines by the bridge when its big... but nothing too enticing. It looks like there were some fun longboard waves in the pics.

While maybe not the best quality photo, my favorite is the shot of the indian river inlet, DE, by goin_retro.

It is not often, where you see big overhead lines at this spot.... And to get that vantage point from the bridge is awesome.
