yes.tropical storms are controlled by what people post on swellinfo forums

As of the latest, many areas will see small to moderate southerly swells from this storm with the biggest surf being along the outer Banks. The track and strength of the storm over the next 48-60 or so hours will be most crucial, before it gets picked up by a strong SW flow and move quickly out to at the end of the week.
still possible,though the latest is not encouraging,we've seen things come back our way before
