I lived in Alcala de Henares, ESP three summers ago. Never made it to Cadiz/Malaga, but Northern Spain has some killer spots in Mundaka & San Sebastian. I heard that the Canary Islands has some awesome waves - maybe you can find an island hopper. Don't forget your wetsuit & watch out for gypsies.
