Looking for a place for 2 on the beach from Feb 3 to the 7th- preferably on the first level close by to a decent break and or a kitesurfing beach with a patio
Needs to have a kitchen- stove, sink, full fridge, microwave.
HIGH SPEED Internet access. this one's really important since I need to get work done while I'm away.
Would like not to rent a car so needs to be close to some nightlife.

Numero Uno Guesthouse in Ocean Park is walking distance to restaurants and nightlife and on the kitesurfing beach. It is a long paddle out to the surf spots, tho.
Acacia Boutique hotel is a block from the beach and a short walk to "La Bomba" - which is not a great surf break, but better than nothing. The beach is kitesurfable as well.
The two places above have very good restaurants on the premises - but pricey.
Hosteria Del Mar is on the same beach, walk to condado, walk to la bomba, kiteboard.
Tres Palmas Inn might be the one that matches your wishlist best. It is also on that beach but a little further east.
You will have to check about the kitchen and Internet - I have no idea. Mind you, "high speed internet" means different things to different folks.
To get to Aviones, Tocones, La Ocho or La Islita in Pine Grove you will need a car. I suppose you could take a cab - but plan for the return trip because there will not be taxis waiting around nearby (except for Pine Grove, which is next to Ritz Carlton and Marriot Courtyard).
