Every where around delware an ocmd can get bigger and better more often. I love bethany, ss, sb, oc, teaque, but it really sucks for surfing comparative to jersey. The only thing that delaware is good for is small summer swells. The shore break gives our little swells more punch then the gradual shelfs in jersey. We often surf more then jersey in the summer cause theres a bit more punch in the shorey and the swells tend to run very south which is good for our beaches angle. But all and all-its gets better a lot more often in jersey. So move if you want to surf more. sorry!
