use a leash about the length of your board, or 1-2 feet longer.
First of all, you drag your **** on a wave so there is no need for a leash when sponging. Second, you obviously are part of the summer crew if youve never seen waves that big here. Finally, if you are good you can surf anything without a leash but you might not be up to date on this so i figured id let you know
hey ya i only rides summers and thats cuss i ski race during the fall winter and spring i mean ive only been skiing for going on 18 seasons so ya i may put skiing above riding waves just cuss of time money and effort already invested. as for bb'ing ive been doing that for around 8 years and in that time ive done months at a time in obx and jersey shore so dont assume im a **** dragging kook cuss im not. i know im not great like my cousin matt mckay but im no benny board POS kook
and i personaly think that its unsafe to ride without leashes
learn to spell please,
What a bunch of KOOKS!!! C_cksliders dont need a leash, they need helmets.
a question to all........ iv been longboarding for the past 8 years and im only 20, and im good on a log, there are alotta times im in without a leash but most the time i have one on. why do people make it seem like everyone on a longboard shouldnt have a leash the only way to show people you can rip your log is when your riding the wave, not walkin to the water without a leash on. it hardly ever gets in my way when i walk to the nose and back, sometimes when your spinning around or "dancing" down the line its in the way................ in short words, whats the reason for no leash?
