my friend and i both have 9'0" walden magic 3 phase exopy longboards, mine is 3 years old and my friends was this years model.
in october i snapped my board getting pitched on an over head monster at virginia beach... about mid way down the board it buckled, my friend just broke his too and we put them next to each other and the damage is identical, exactly the same spot. i think this is more than coincidence, potentially manufacturing flaws. should we contact gsi?
Probably just a coincidence... Where else is a board going to snap? The center of your mass is there, it's the spot with the most flex... that's the spot most likely to break.
I don't know i have an identical story to that. Let me know if you do I would like to know what you find out.
