friday?

:confused: Your showing semi clean for friday morning. I'm dying to get a session in. How long do you think think this thing is going to clean up? Because of my job I've been waking up a bit late so I would hate to miss this thing when it starts to roll. Should I pull a dawn patrol? I've been in the past few days but it's been so junky its hardly worth it. oh yeah and I'm in OCMD.

I'm thinking Friday is looking pretty fun. The winds are looking pretty light.

yeah, it is looking good. I just got out and it was acually a lot of fun. Lots of sideshore still though. I just went with the flow so besides the walking it was no problem at all. Go out it is much funner than it looks (as usual). Thanks for the info.

not all that big, I'd say only about waist to shoulder with some bigger.

Friday morning:

look glassy this morning. NW wind 5-10... 5ft @ 12 sec showing on the DE buoy. Cams not showing a lot of size, but somewhere should be fun with the incoming tide this morning (ground swells - so fickle in delmarva). Look for winds shifting onshore this afternoon (but staying on the lighter side).

In Delmarva, the longer period swells (12+sec), are generally best as you get closer to high tide.

good looking out on the tide tip, I went out this morning and it was great, but once the tide was fully in it junked up a bit.
