thats a little extreme lol. i wore a 4/3 all winter. kinda chilly but still doable.
You can eat whatever you want pretty much. Just not alot of it. Sure its better to have a healthier alternative. But its still alot better to eat less of what you want.
what is to hate? your free.
limit yourself to 3 meals a day, eat whatever you want just not alot of it. and dont eat 3 hours before bedtime. Be somewhat active throughout yourday as well. :cool:

my buddy brought his to a dry cleaner, theyll know what to do for like 5 bucks.
its starting to get cold, i stil wear my 3/2 with 6mm boots and gloves and a hood which keeps me warm enough ill be using my 3/2 till liek december, then switch over to my 5/4 for 2-3 months
