we should write to the asp board members and try and convince them to have another event on the east coast...because we do have a great surf community and great culture...and waves when mother nature...

i hope that they do feature a surf comp on the east coast again....if not NY, what about the cape or jersey? Stupid school didnt permit me to travel...:p

so if the music and festivals are canceled, theres just going to be surfing then? which cant be that bad considering this may be the first and last time that the ASP comes to the east coast...but...

Im in the market for a longboard...looked at some, but the meyerhoffer stood out to me..does anyone have one and use it?? is it worth it? any advice would be helpful..Thanks

GREAT IDEA!! i would shop at ur shop...yes there should be other surf stuff, sandles, shorts, etc...Also, i would recomend not to sell mass produced boards from china, and support the local surf...

see i just picked up the 7mm boots/ gloves so i could surf the rest of the season...kman fine minds think alike...now all i need is some waves

I have an Xcel drylock 5/4/3 w/ 7mm drylock boots and 7mm drylock gloves...Would I be warm enough for the rest of the winter? if not do i need another layer? What do u guys reccomend for another...
