Screw firewire they are beat get a T. Pat.
T. Patterson XXX is a similar shape and very user friendly with good float. I'm 6ft 180lbs and ride a 5'7"x19.5x2.38, it is the best board I've ever had.
G-shocks are really nice and they have a lot of choices to choose from. Mine has lasted a long time. check out their website to see all the choices.
dab of super glue in the hex and put your fin key in and hold until dry then just unscrew it.
You should check out the firewire ADDVANCE they float like a longboard but ride like a shortboard heres a link check them out http://www.firewiresurfboards.com/quiver_boards.php?boardid=addvance
belly jelly or some kind of other skin lubricant under a rashguard
Those things are really sick the speed they get is unreal.
I love my firewires they paddle well have good flex and last a lot longer. I got my first firewire a year and a half ago and it still rides like it is brand new. If I were you I would go with either...
I was out about a week or two ago in OCMD with my buddy and his dad and we saw this what appeared to be a dolphin fin breach the the surface about 100yds off the beach at first we were thinking it...
