Just because you need a longboard to ride it doesn't make it a proper longboard wave. You might as well call a lake a proper SUP wave.

There are probably very few proper longboard waves on the East Coast. Ideally you would want a point, or a reef, and some long period swell from far away.

But that doesn't mean it cannot be...

So... can we see? :)

WB is the nearest beach access for UNCW crowds and can be a bit of a zoo. Bans and regulations often have more traction with residents of such areas. That's not necessarily a sign that the whole...
