As someone who fixes boards, Poly boards are a lot easier to fix. Epoxy resin seems to be way more expensive and harder to work with. It seems like the foam on epoxy boards is ****. In my opinion...

For a night surf pier village has lights on all the oceanfront resturants. Keeps the water well lit. I surf out there all the time at night. but the light attracts a lot of fish so watch yourself....
