Lightly sand the rail
tape off where you don't want to spray with masking tape
Use Krylon Fusion spray, works well
peel tape immediately
after color dries spray krylon acrylic clear coat to seal...

There is a decent size underground shaping community popping up in TX. We've been shipping a lot of blanks and materials to 'backyard' surfboard and wakeskate shapers. It's nice to see guys shaping...
