Definately vasoline for arm pit and neck(I get it from my suit) and inner thigh to knee in baggies. Slob it on. Works like a charm.
Take a gallon or two of room temp water with you and use it to rinse off with. This will slowly warm you up and avoid that burn in the shower.

Holy crap, rubbing alcohol, lemon juice, and salt??... sounds brutal! Stick with vaseline. Cheap and extremely effective.
The board does not have the ability to go 2 + 1, but thanks for the thought. Have you ever used the FCS Fatboy fin? Interesting design concept, but I can't help but wonder if it's just a load of hype.
