after scrotal surgery i had to rock a 2mm farmer john underneath my 5mm, that was freaking terrible, but without it i couldnt get a session in untill june AHHHHHHHHH!

Lifting weights has its obvious benefits but without other workouts it can hurt your surfing. Swimming, running, pushups, pullups, core work and yoga are all you need.
Yoga is a great way to build core strength, flexibility, balance and a clear mind, all things needed to shred. Totally agree it helps your surfing.
And the Betty's in the classes are a definite...
