solo dawn session is the best.. that being said it definitely depends on your age, skill level and conditions. if it doesn't feel right, don't go.

Sorry to come late to this party but, 52 this year. Surfing since 4th grade when i got my orange plastic fantastic. That board is long gone but not the stoke. Its not for everyone, most of the guys...
Had it done 3 years ago and best decision ever! Highly recommend it. 2 weeks recovery before going in for me and no problems. Only reget not having done it years ago.
