Just picked up an Indo board and want to do some exercises on it. Any ideas to help with the offseason?

squats, overhead presses, medicine ball twists, practicing back side barrels, shove its, nose riding, longboard walking technique are all great
Practice standing and then getting down low with your back knee almost touching the indo board. This will help you tremendously with staying up when it gets gnarly, deep inside the tube!
