um...eat your fruits and veggies. Make sure you carb load but not too much and always eat your carbs with protein. Brush your teeth before bed. Say your prayers. Don't drink too much alcohol. as far as seasonal averages, we are about at the bottom as far as low temperatures, which more or less stays bottomed out through early march. The temps will vary from swell to swell however, depending on the direction of the ocean currents (which will vary for each location).
I usually go grab a triple whopper with cheese, fries and a vanilla shake (always go large) then paddle out and still blast backside airs.
The only problem with this is if you do it right before you usually get a bad case of the throw-up-burps.
