Id say get whatever meat you want to use ... the tri meat combo is good but I use turkey meat to be a tad healthier ... need an egg or 2 to help bind it together ... breadcrumbs ... ketchup .... whatever spices you like salt pepper garlic ,I'm a fan of chili powder, cumin cayanne pepper... u can chop up some onions and mix it in with the meat ... put it on a sheet pan. Or loaf pan ... put a glaze on top such as kethup or something u want and bake it @ 375 till finished ... 30 to 45 mins .. but just put things u like in it and make it ... if u hide cheese inside it gives you a gooey surprise ha
