    monmouth county forecast split

    I am thinking about splitting the Monmouth County page into two regions.

    Long Branch, NJ and Belmar, NJ

    There are some swell events where there can be some big differences between the northern and southern parts of the county.

    Anyone have any thoughts on this - positive or negative?

    definitely do it!! north of belmar and south of belmar breaks so different

    2010 Belmar/Long Branch

    There were some major differences this past year on what showed up in the Belmar/Spring Lake area as compared to what did not show up in the Long Branch area for certain swells. I think it would be a great idea.........
