flow riders

Sooo I know of 2 flow riders in south jersey ... one is on lbi @ the water park the other is 15 mins from where I grew up in berlin/atco area (sahara sams)... they are nothing as rad as wave house in san diego, but are they even fun? Sahara sams is open year round but costs about 30 bucks to get in ... so I'm curious if it would be worth checkin it out. The one on the island has stupid rules about when u can surf and when u have to sponge. And spongin is about as lame as sup'n.

So anyone know if spending 30 bucks seems worth it to hit a flowrider ... check out youtube and search for sahara sams

Flowriders are a waste of time if your thinking its going to be like surfing. Its like a combo of snowboarding and skimming. I found it to be really frustrating and kinda corny. 30 is def a waste. I only spent 5 bucks and it wasn't worth it.

I agree that all of the baby flow riders are a waste. When i was visiting a friend in sandy ego he took me to the Wave House. The Brutucus Maximus is no joke and wayy harder then you would think. I recommend trying that one out but all this lame ones in NJ are a waste.
