Who said anything about religion? I know well that there are major benefits to using marijuana for medicinal purposes. If you need any info pertaining to marijuana i am your resource. I don't give a rat's ass if you smoke it, eat it, or cram it up your rectum. I was only stating fact that over 50% of people who use marijuana abuse it. if you fall outside of that percentile then kudos to you. I am a recovering addict who wasn't that lucky. I am not preaching or getting "religious" with anyone. All I am saying is I can't smoke it because it was a problem for me and has the potential to be a problem for others also. Psychmule, there's no need to come here and get religious on people. Thank you for your point of view, but there really are plenty of high (no pun intended) functioning people who smoke, and it's not a hang up for them. It might have been one for you - but it's not like that for everyone.
The other point of view that you're not seeing is that weed is superior for pain control and increasing appetite in people with terminal illnesses.
