Funny story:

Went and checked the surf once when I was in HS. Totally baked outta my mind. It was probly september or early October and it was a chilly day. Anyway, long story short, it was windy and chilly and it looked cold. No one out, I roll back up in my 5 mil, jump in and the water was still like 66-68. Worst session ever. More guys started paddling out like, "you cold man?" "why the 5 mil w/ hood?" total kook move.

Dont miss the stuff. My surfing has gotten a lot better since I stopped 5 years ago. Plus I added it up and during the roughly 10 years I used I spent about $25K - $30K and have nothing to show for it. Not even memories cause I cant remember them! Haha lol, but to each their own. Not here judging just wanted to share a funny kook story of mine...

Once in a while you will catch yourself making a weird more or doing something stupid, but you laugh it off, it makes it that much enjoyable when it all does "connect"
I see guys out there cursing at the top of their lungs after missing a wave, falling, etc...i dont understand, but it doesnt ruin my session!

Back to the green-Nothing better, but i guess it depends on each person and how they can "control" themselves. CleanandGreen!

and for the record i stopped smoking before surfing like 3 weeks ago. i would always do it till my buddies had an "intervention" with me and told me i suck when i go surfing to blazed haha. ill still burn before anything less than waist high.
