I have found that some people who are prone to substance addiction can have a strong psychological addiction with pot similar to alcohol. Lets face it, when your high, everything is alright... Many people therefore use this as an escape that can be detrimental to avoiding the real issues in their life.

Notice how you said someone "might" freak out or have a panic attack? That is a might, not a definite. The user who has that happen to them obviously isn't cut out for using it. It's not for everyone! Remember that.
Also notice how you said "you're most likely to end up with". Again, that is a theory or opinion, not a fact. And you say "smoke" but what about those who vaporize or eat edibles? Sorry, no smoke in the equation.
