I know it's sad, but if you're browsing this site at work like me, any new post/thread is exciting, no matter how dumb or redundant. Anything that gets me through the day....
You guys are d$cks. Surfing is not about aggression or competition; it's always been about being one with nature and finding your inner peace on the wave. No-one owns the ocean brah so I can go where I want and do what I want. I don't care if you surf a spot for years and years on a year-round basis because if I cause you issues, then YOU should accommodate ME and move to another spot. We should all share the waves together, this one surfer one wave thing is BS and never what the founders of the sport intended so why should I follow some bogus rule created by some "locals”.
