    Fin Selection Shrosbree

So....I was helping my brother build a new shed this weekend and discovered this retro board at his house. It is pretty beat up but figured I could practice my ding repair skills and try to make it water tight and surf it every once in a while.

It is a 6'10" Sunset shaped by Bill Shrosbree. It is a single fin sting (stinger) design with a rounded tail. So far I took all the wax off and cut out the loose fiberglass around the half dozen or so dings. I also need to find out what kind of fin to buy for it. I have been doing a little research and haven't been able to find much. (I'll prob post on swaylocks later today). I am 6'3" 210 -215lbs and will prob just bring it on chest to head high days.

Any suggestions on what kind of fin to buy?

I Have the same style board but mines a pin tail and I have a 7 inch bonzer fin by true ames in it. Also a 7 or 7.5 Joel Tudor fin would work as well

    this is what u want

That's pretty funny! No that is not it. This has an orangish deck. I am at work so I can't take a picture now. When I was researching the board I read that even though they were shaped out in Encinitas they were pretty big on the east coast back in the day.

Under what part of craigslist was this on? I checked under "Jersey Shore" and didn't see it. Not that I need two of them. I think Grogg's used to sell them.
