Someone posted a while back about some seal or seals spotted in OCMD. One showed up in Delaware City, DE. This is pretty far up the bay! If you watch the vid, he looks pretty healthy. Maybe he thought it would be faster to cut through the C & D canal to the Chesapeake rather than swim down the coast. He should stop by the Tap Room in Chesapeake City for some steamed crabs and beer!
