Does anyone have problems when trying to view the photo gallery images?

I had a user report, that an error page comes up every time they try to view a photo.
I have seen this problem randomly once or twice in the past year, but I can't duplicate it.

Just wondering if this is wide spread or just doesn't work for this particular user.
