    our best bet is tropical invest 92 just south of it. Hopefully that develops a little more than td 7 will

    Maybe I'm being impatient. But maybe there's a black hole West of Cape Verde Islands that is sucking these surface lows into outer space. There were 3 the other day. It's the middle of August. What the hell?
