    Visiting OCMD and want to Surf

    Hey all,

    I'm visiting family in OCMD for the next couple of days from Charleston, SC. I'm an avid surfer and there appears to be a bit of swell in the water. Just wanted to see if anybody has a board they might be able to loan/rent me or know where I might find one (my board of choice at home is my 5"11 Merrick Whip) and also any suggestions about breaks to check out. Thanks in advance...

    Hey Matt,

    The surf shops will all have boards you can rent. Give Chauncey's a try on 28th street.
    You could surf right behind there if you want.

    k coast is on like 34th street.lots of boards and sandbars across the street

    Thanks for the recommendations....I'll check these places out. Hopefully the swell sticks around. Are all of the breaks pretty much the same or are there one or two standout spots that pick up the most swell?
