Tom,
Thanks for the follow up. That sounds like a fun ride. I rarely get north of LBI, but it sounds like it would be worth the trip.

My favortie shapers are the following but not and any order of favorite cause they are all great shappers
Matt Calvani "Bing"
Jim Barnes "Legend"
Brian Wynn "Wynn Surfboards"
Gene Cooper "cooperfish"
All these make boards that are out of this world and they all have something that the others dont do . But with whoever you choice you wont be disapointed
ABSOLUTELY - lets add a few more East Coast shapers
Tom Nolte, Austin, & Mike from Matador Surfboards. I know Tim does all of his shaping - Austin & Matador (Mike) have some help. A couple of my favorite West Coast shapers are Dewey Weber (Shea), Joel Tudor, Channin, & Anderson - not sure who is shaping the majority of boards for these guys any more. (Actually like Tudor Surfboards better before they were Kookbox).
