    Jeff Beverly Sr.

    Living local legend!

Excerpt from Epic Shirts Facebook post:
"Jeff Beverly Sr. was surfing Bayhead yesterday when he noticed a board with a surfer unconscious in the water. He dragged the guy to shore and performed CPR on his lifeless body. Because of Jeff's swift actions, and a little help from above, the man's vital signs returned. He was transported to the hospital and seems to be making a good recovery. Jeff saved this man's life. A man with a wife and family that will cherish each day forward. Unbelievable job Jeff!!! Any wave you want (not like that's a problem !!! Look out for each other, just like JB did

I was surfing this same spot yesterday and witnessed this surfer as he was rescued (made for a rough night of sleep). I had no idea he had even gone down in the surf. I'm so thankful that guys like Jeff are out there and hope this guy has a speedy recovery. Glad to hear he made it! Great job Jeff and thank you!

    Bravo Jeff! Nice work.

I once helped save a guy who got karate chopped by his longboard in Stone Harbor. Look out for each other, some day it may be YOU who needs to be rescued.

Wow, amazing story... that is why its always good to make friends, not foes... you never know when you need someone's help in or out of the water.
