    Okay.. whats going on.. am I the only one getting sick after EVERY surf??!? WTF

    Been sick since the last weeks swell. Soon as i got home... sick. surfed friday ... got sick again... yesterday morning leftovers... sick even more.

    since the summer I get sick every sesh.. What the FFFFFF

    Im not doing netti pot thats like a mans dildo.

    WHERES GRUVI BEEN??!?!?!?!?!

    I hear ya, man...I've been sick for about 5 weeks. I start getting better, then surf and I'm right back where i started.

    what kind of sick?

    For me, sometimes when I surf, it leads to sinus and ear infections...

    Yeah sinus inf. or a cold .. then turns into a sinus inf. if i go out.

    I surfed wildwood a few weeks ago when i was down there... didnt get sick. Strange.

    if you get ear infections, use ear plugs and/or use ear drying solution after you get out of the water... use plugs when the cold water comes to avoid surfers ear. For general sinus infection, use a neti pot, as suggested, which will help wash some of the bacteria and stuff that can get trapped in there.

    Another thing, after your done surfing and take your wetsuit off... Bend over towards your toes for a minute or two, and that will help drain your sinuses..
