Anyone use it? Did you see results? How long every day do you use it for for results?
I heard someone talking about it today and figured I'd look into it.
Being the fat kid I am, even the 6 foot waves today and wednesday can make me low on breathe if they hold me down a little too long. While I've never actually had a problem happen, it does worry me that if I take a bad one one day, I could end up out of air. So I was looking into ways to improve my lung capacity.
